PROOF provides verification and reputation features for endurance athletes, including connecting training data sources, generating verification signals, and enabling shareable profile and proof artifacts.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3) Connected providers

When you connect a provider (e.g., Strava), you authorize PROOF to access the permitted data. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the provider.

4) Content & sharing

• You control what you choose to make public (e.g., profile sharing, Proof Cards).
• You agree not to upload or publish unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5) Acceptable use

• No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
• No impersonation or deceptive identity claims.
• No abuse of verification signals to mislead others.

6) Intellectual property

PROOF, its branding, software, and visual design are owned by DRNTS or its licensors. You retain rights to your content and data, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.

7) Disclaimers

PROOF is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Verification signals are best-effort interpretations of connected data and may not reflect real-world outcomes perfectly.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRNTS and PROOF are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the service.

9) Termination

You may stop using PROOF at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the integrity of the service.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
